Kevin is the Executive Director of the Colorado Freedom Coalition and a freelance writer on legal and public policy issues. Prior to his current position, Kevin practiced law with a large Denver-based firm concentrating on real estate, land use and government affairs. In addition, Kevin served in the Office of the Chief Counsel for the Governor of Colorado, the Colorado State Land Board and the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
In addition to serving on Boulder Valley School District’s Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee and District Accountability Committee, Kevin's community involvement includes serving as Vice President of the Colorado Chapter of the Federalist Society and as member of the Board of Directors for the Colorado Municipal Bond Supervision Advisory Board. In the past, Kevin served on the Board of the Directors for the Colorado Board of Parks and Outdoor Recreation.
Kevin holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from the Saint Olaf College and a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
